1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Optevo Limited services, you agree to these legally binding terms.
2. Description of SMS Program
We provide automated marketing and transactional SMS for business updates. By providing your number, you provide express written consent to receive messages.
3. Instructions to Opt-Out (Text STOP)
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP from the sent number to unsubscribe. After you send "STOP", we will send one final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you by Optevo, or from yourself to Optevo. Standard carrier rates apply.
6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Optevo Limited and all network providers are not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages.
7. Age Restriction (18+)
By using our website and opting into our mobile messaging program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If at any time it comes to light that you are not 18 years of age or older, any service provided by Optevo will be immediately revoked.
